Patrizia Galimberti, attorney-at-law and notary public, graduated in law at the University of Zurich. She was admitted to the bar in 1986 and as a notary public in 1987, in the Canton of Ticino.

She has more than thirty years of experience in advising individuals and legal entities at both a Swiss and an international level, with a particular focus on international private law, civil law, commercial law, banking law, company law, contract law, inheritance law and notarial law.

Attorney Galimberti is the former president of the Bar Association of the Canton of Ticino, delegate to the Swiss Bar Association until 2009 and member of the Disciplinary Commission of the Bar Association of the Canton of Ticino until 2014.

Since 2018, she is a member of the Cantonal authority of first instance (LAFE) that deals with the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland by foreign individuals.

She is a member of the Ticino Bar Association, of the Swiss Bar Association and the Order of Notaries of the Canton of Ticino.
