Nicola Gianoli has obtained his degree in Law at Università degli Studi di Milano in 1992, with a thesis regarding conflict between EU and USA in antitrust matters. Mr. Gianoli has started his professional activity in Switzerland in 1993 with the law firm Velo & Associati in Lugano.
With a thirty years extensive experience he’s specialised in advising individuals and companies in international and local fields with particular focus with strategic investment and all related matters (contracts, patents, trademarks) .
He has also takes care also of immigration or relocation in Switzerland, in particular in the field of obtaining residence permits and all other related matters, including advising individuals and families on domestic investments or abroad. He’s also specialised in sport and sport- related matters.
Member of the Ticino and of the Swiss Bar Association.
