Roberta Soldati, attorney-at-law, notary public and FSA mediator, graduated in law at the University of Fribourg.
She was admitted to the bar in 1998 and as notary public in 2001, in the Canton of Ticino.
In 2003, Attorney Soldati qualified as a Swiss legal mediator (specialized in business, public sector and in family mediation) from the Swiss Bar Association (FSA).
She has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, litigation and pre-litigation, both national and international, with a particular focus on the law of obligations, corporate law, real estate law, inheritance law, family law and in conflict mediation.
She is a member of the Ticino Bar Association and of the Swiss Bar Association.
