Mr. Donald Ferri joined the team of LVA VELO SA in 2018.
Prior to joining LVA, he carried out his two-year legal traineeship in a taxation law firm in Lugano, after having obtained a master’s degree in law from the University of Trento and the University of Lausanne, where he presented a Comparative Private Law dissertation regarding the civil concept of obligation in European legal systems. Mr. Ferri was admitted to the Bar in Switzerland in 2017.
At LVA VELO SA he focuses mainly on civil, commercial and banking litigation, with a particular expertise in cross-border proceedings and international arbitration. Mr. Ferri is in charge of the banking team and also carries out consultancy services in the field of contractual law, particularly in English, as well as in the area of family law, criminal law and debt enforcement.
He is a member of the Register of Attorneys of the Canton of Ticino.
